SANS European Summit - rescheduled

Volcanic ash clouds (you can't make this stuff up) were the reason behind the cancellation of the SANS European Summit last week in London. Unfortunately travel plans for many of the keynote speakers and delegates left SANS no option but to cancel the event at the last minute.

We met with some of the key guys who told us that they are planning to reschedule the European Summit for later in the year, but no concrete dates as yet. Stay tuned for more information as and when.

InfoSec Europe 2010

Infosecurity Europe, London 2010

Following the cancellation of the SANS European summit, conference junkies among you will be hoping its business as usual next week, 27-29 April 2010, Earls Court, London for the Infosecurity Europe event. Word on the street is that the Infosecurity Europe team were working hard to assist a small number of international-based exhibitors participating in the event with their travel arrangements, as UK airspace begins to reopen. We wish them all the best and look forward to dropping in during the course of the event and saying hello to a few of you! Check out the full list of people exhibiting at the Infosec site
